We have launched a small chatbot designed to assist with frequently asked questions.

How can it help you?

Issues with the game client, downloading the game, and other technical matters.

Finding it is easy: simply click the “Help” button in the launcher menu.

The bot is still learning and being refined, so occasionally it may provide less-than-perfect answers. However, in most cases it will be able to quickly suggest the correct solution!
